Before filling up the tender, all terms and conditions are read and understood carefully. The tender is submitted in two separate envelopes: Part-I for Technical Bid and Part-II for Financial Bid. Both envelopes should be put into one bigger envelope and labeled 'ompl ete bid' for submission.
