EnerDel''s Moxie+ battery modules are designed as building blocks and offer versatility across a variety of uses. The Moxie+ module offers pack designers and integrators a flexible solution for product development all the way through final assembly.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Indiana, EnerDel is an experienced designer and manufacturer of lithium-ion energy storage solutions and battery systems, focusing on heavy-duty transportation, on- and off-grid electrical, mass transit, and task-oriented applications.
EnerDel, a leading Li-ion battery pack manufacturer, completed the first phase of their next generation family of battery packs, iEGO. EnerDel''s engineering team designed and procured the components to build the first iEGO 800V battery packs, leveraging NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) VDA modules as the building block.

As the energy landscape evolves, advanced battery storage is becoming a key part of the future power grid. For companies like Georgia Power, adding battery storage isn''t just about upgrading technology—it''s a crucial move that aligns with our goal to provide clean, safe, reliable, and affordable energy to Georgians in any time or season.
HSAGP ENERGY LLC, a joint venture company between Hyundai Motor Group and SK On. We are an electric vehicle battery manufacturing facility in Kingston, Georgia. This production hopes to influence the U.S. to transition to sustainable transportation, advance green energy, and stimulating local econom
EnerDel's engineering team designed and procured the components to build the first iEGO 800V battery packs, leveraging NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) VDA modules as the building block. The build is scheduled mid-February, 2023 with testing and validation to begin immediately after at EnerDel's Headquarters in Anderson, IN.
The two-layer 800V battery pack integrates the base and the cooling plate in a single structure, maximizing volumetric density. After testing, EnerDel Engineering will develop a production intent design and manufacturing plan based on lessons learned. The next phase of the validation plan will focus on regulatory and customer requirements.

EnerDel brought in $18.2 million revenue in 2022 and was on track to fall short of that number in 2023, with just $8.6 million in revenue in the first half of the year. It also owed $31 million to more than 200 creditors. Founded in 2004, EnerDel was one of the first companies to mass-produce lithium-ion batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles.
We are deeply committed to excellence in all our endeavors.
Since we maintain control over our products, our customers can be assured of nothing but the best quality at all times.
