Where is Auroa located?
An unnamed island east of Golem Island can be seen here. Auroa 's name is based on a locality situated in southern Taranaki, a region in the west of New Zealand's North Island. Its exact location is 49° 24' 03" S, 159° 02' 28" W. However, the World Lore states that Aurora is 2000 miles from Auckland on the Ring of Fire.
What happened to Auroa in 2024?
In 2024, Auroa was home to more than 30,000 souls. Internal security has been entrusted to the Private Military Company named Sentinel Corp. After Skell Tech arrived on Auroa, the Homesteaders cohabited peacefully with the company until a bomb exploded at Skell Technologies headquarters building. Jace Skell then hired Sentinel to provide security.
