The news comes less than a year after Hive opened an office in Belgrade in May 2022 to serve as a regional hub for Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro. Hive said that it is currently exploring project options in Bosnia and Montenegro, while in Serbia it has land secured for three projects totalling 450 MW.
