Will brackets fit a slim panel?
These brackets can be made to fit the slim panel if you drill out the panel mounting holes to 5/16" thus potentially violating the panel warranty. There will be very little clearance between the bottom of the bolt and the back of qthe panel.

I am thinking I would do better with a clip style over the edge of a panel and only bolts to the roof.
