The Polish group said on Thursday it has agreed to buy a 60% stake in the special-purpose vehicle from Bucharest-based Naxxar Renewable Energy Management Holding. The target entity, dubbed Naxxar Wind Farm Four Srl, holds shares in seven companies that are jointly developing the N4 portfolio.
